A. Walter Kramer
A. Walter Kramer (1890–1969) was an American composer, music critic and music publisher.
Born in New York, he studied violin and graduated from the College of the City of New York in 1910. He wrote for Musical America from 1910 to 1922 and later edited the journal. His piano piece Interlude for a Drama was heard at an International Composers’ Guild concert in 1922. The short lyrical Eclogue, Op. 41 No. 1 appears on Evocations: The Poet (TP010).
